After successfully completion of the Puerto Rico market Mr. Aguirre was transferred to the Atlanta Market to begin work for Sprint PCS where he was handpicked to work on special projects, e.g., COW sites, BTS change outs, etc. In addition to the special assignments Mr. Aguirre was involved in he focused a portion of his attention on optimization with the RF department. Mr. Aguirre was also released from his duties with Sprint PCS shortly after 911.
Upon his release from Sprint PCS Mr. Aguirre took a position at a local engineering company for short period prior to teaming up with Mr. Gibson to expand and establish Infinity. Since Mr. Aguirre's tenure at infinity he has successfully managed several projects including the commissioning and integration of 230 Nokia cabinets for T-Mobile along with managing multiple microwave projects. Mr. Aguirre now oversees the day to day operations of all projects the company is involved with.
With over 20 years of experience Mr. Crowe holds many industry certifications that are prudent to Infinity's business services; one of the most valuable to Infinity is Mr. Crowe's Comtrain instructor certification. The Comtrain instructor certification allows Mr. Crowe to personally train all new employees and current employees and have it recognized at a national level.

After several years with Pac17 Mr. Gibson was transferred to the Atlanta market in the late 90’s where he worked for Sprint PCS; Chris was in charge of all construction activities in both the Atlanta market and the Birmingham market during this time and spent equal time in both states.
Shortly after September the 11th (or "911") Sprint had cut backs and all contract employees were released from their duties; it was at this time that Mr. Gibson started his venture in the Telecom industry and formed Infinity Construction Solutions, Inc. ("ICS" or "Infinity"). Under Mr. Gibson's direction ICS has since flourished into a leading service provider in the Telecom industry and grown from one employee to over fifty employees.
